David Eldridge’s Beginning is a poignant examination of relationships, a touching look at the first fragile moments of risking your heart.

It reminds us that, even in the age of social media and internet dating, forging a connection with other people remains as much of an emotional minefield as ever.

Beginning opened at the National Theatre in October 2017 and transferred to the West End the following year.
